Jeff Lahasky
Jeff is the owner of Lahasky Investment Group based out of New Orleans, LA. Jeff acquired his first commercial property in 2010 and currently owns or manages over a million SF of commercial real estate across the southeastern United States. His experience is extensive, and he's inked deals with everyone from mom-and-pop owners to Fortune 500 entities, as well as local, state, and federal governments.

Kyle Goldich
Kyle is the owner of Bayou Commercial which specializes in industrial properties across the South. He has been investing in real estate since 2011 and has invested in single family, multi-family, and commercial properties before committing 100% to industrial real estate in 2022. Prior to going full-time in real estate, Kyle spent 13 years as a consultant in KPMG's Advisory and Strategy practice, working with some of the largest institutions in the US.
